Organic Weed Management Field Day

RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 14 at the CAFF Farm in Fayetteville

Join us for a hands-on field day where you will learn about various techniques for weed management in organic vegetable systems with the opportunity to operate cultivation equipment for small and mid-scale production. We will also discuss weed scouting and ID, organic herbicides, flame weeding, and other organic strategies.

Pollinator Field Day at Rattles Gardn

June 22, 3:00-6:00 PM – Vilonia, AR

Join us for a field day at Rattles Garden in Vilonia on June 22nd from 3:00-6:00 pm to learn about encouraging pollinators on organic farms. Tara Stainton has been farming organically at Rattles Garden for over 15 years, selling cut flowers and organic vegetables at the Hillcrest Farmers Market in Little Rock. This field day will focus on how Tara provides habitat for pollinators and other beneficial insects on her farm.

The cost is free, but registration is required. Registration deadline: Midnight June 18th.
